For the past 25 years, Andy Russell, Don Rea and Jeff Kendall have developed, acquired and operated many environmental businesses. We have successfully completed five consolidation plays in the sector, acquiring more than 100 companies and selling those businesses either to public companies or to private equity backed firms. We look for opportunities to build companies starting with the acquisition of a company or two where we can then create value via acquisitions and improving operations.
